Ambra inspires great design through innovative collaborations between designers, artists, brands, and institutions. An astute curator, she cofounded the high-profile Design Miami/ fair, serving as director for 5 years. She is fluent in English, Italian, Spanish, French, and Chinese, and her curiosity and passion are contagious.
Oliver is CEO and Founder of L’ArcoBaleno. He’s held strategy, new media, finance, and CEO positions at some of Germany’s most innovative tech startups, and was previously a member of eBay’s German Leadership Team. Oliver is a passionate yachtsman and footballer.
Clemence & Didier Krzentowski
Didier and his wife, Clemence, founded kreo in 1992 as a design agency for cultivating collaborations between companies and designers. Galerie kreo opened in Paris in 1999 and continues to produce and exhibit original pieces by some of the world’s most iconic contemporary designers, including Konstantin Grcic and the Bouroullecs.
Martina sits on Arnoldo Mondadori Editore’s board of directors and is the founder of Memoria, a cultural marketing agency. The former Editorial Director of Tar Magazine, Martina recently founded Anew Mag, focusing on art, fashion, design, and everything contemporary.
David is one of the world’s leading architects. His global projects run the gamut from private homes to important public pavilions and buildings, including the Smithsonian’s new National Museum for African American History and Culture in Washington, DC. He is also incredibly passionate about artistic collaborations.
Born in Tunisia, Tom moved to England in 1963. He dropped out of art school to play bass guitar before teaching himself to weld and going on to produce furniture. Today, he’s one of the most respected designers in the world. He’s also very funny.
Pharrell’s portfolio spans music, fashion, and design. His collective, i am OTHER, includes a record label, a YouTube channel, apparel lines, and a sustainable textile firm. His non-profit, From One Hand to Another, provides alternative educational tools for Virginia Beach’s youth. And oh yeah, the guy’s won eight Grammys.
Suzanne Demisch & Stephane Danant
An elegantly hip New York sensibility overlaps with post-war European design at Suzanne and Stephane’s Chelsea gallery. Partners since 2000, the pair champions luminaries such as Maria Pergay, Pierre Paulin, and Joseph André Motte through tightly curated, multi-layered yet accessible exhibitions.
Jorge founded RapidFTR, an open-source mobile app that helps humanitarian workers reunite children and families, working with UNICEF on the development and deployment of the app. He’s told stories on This American Life, and helped bands find compelling ways to use the Internet. He’s a creative collaborator and super-communicator.
As an internationally acclaimed multi-disciplinary designer, Patrick works with the globe’s top fashion, beauty, and art brands and institutions. He sits on the board of the public arts champion Creative Time and is also creative director of T: The New York Times Style Magazine.
Before editing W, Stefano was the creator and Editor-in-Chief of T: The New York Times Style Magazine. He’s held posts at Esquire, J. Crew, Self, and L’Uomo Vogue, and contributed to multiple fashion/art-focused books and exhibits. He is, of course, always impeccably dressed.
Dr. Shelley Fox Aarons
Shelley is a retired psychiatrist and a trustee of New York’s New Museum. She and her husband, Philip Aarons, have supported several exhibitions and publications. When not traveling to view the latest in art and design, she can be found at home, rearranging the furniture and art.
Alex is an art/tech/publishing wunderkind and the founder of Meri Media, a digital publishing and front-end agency that produces content, apps, and sites for world-renowned brands. He previously ran London’s esteemed 20 Projects. Presently, he’s having a blast building hotels out of shipping containers in Brazil.
After 15+ years as Coach’s Executive Creative Director, Reed is refocusing his attention on his acclaimed namesake luxury label. Beyond his fashion cred, Reed’s also an accomplished photographer, author, mentor, collector, and arts patron. Actually, you name it, and Reed’s probably done it—and incredibly well.
Laurence & Patrick Seguin
Internationally renowned art dealers Laurence and Patrick have championed the work of French modernists like Le Corbusier and Jean Prouvé for a quarter century. The duo works out of a Jean Nouvel-designed gallery and office, and lives in a beautifully appointed ground floor apartment in a 1620 Parisian redbrick mansion.
Stavros Niarchos III
Born in New York, Stavros grew up mostly in Paris, and studied film at the University of California. In addition to an exciting career as a professional kiteboarder, Stavros is also an avid arts patron and supporter, who collaborates on a variety of art-related events.

After studying Design History at Parsons, Wava has worn many hats in support of design culture: teaching design studies, curating exhibitions, overseeing commissions, organizing talks, writing articles, and all manner of work for Design Miami. Wava leaves the hats at the office. When hitting the streets, she favors sunglasses.
Some people just radiate warmth and welcome - and Tatjana’s one of them. A former set-decorator, she’s also worked in fashion distribution for Yohji Yamamoto. Tatjana has lived in Paris, Rome, New York, Morocco, and now Berlin. Come for a visit, she’d be happy to show you around.
A former editor at Assouline, the Aperture Foundation, Graphis, and Clear, Anna loves celebrating great artists. Her writing has appeared in several esteemed arts and culture publications, and she’s edited over 20 books. She’s the author of Design Voices, and seriously enjoys a good picnic.
With a background in architecture, teaching, and writing, Katherine often finds herself keenly interested in (too) many things. Thank goodness, as she’s always juggling approximately 5 million projects for us! This NYC-based, sunny New Zealander also has full-blown addictions to black jeans and cozy bars.
Over the past decade, Benjamin’s worked in global partnering and new market development for Nokia and The Associated Press, creating some killer mobile experiences for top-notch brands along the way. He’s excited to work his mobile and media expertise—let’s just call it magic, shall we?—for L’ArcoBaleno.
Natalie brings ten years of experience in digital media and product management to her role at L’ArcoBaleno. Apart from being our resident all-round organisational superhero and the crucial link between Tech and Creative, she likes to tell us we’re all stars and hates coffee cups featuring the word coffee in multiple languages/fonts/colors.
In addition to a fantastic eye, Kevin brings years of print and online photo-editing experience to L’ArcoBaleno. In his free time, Kevin—a former paramedic and OSTKREUZ School of Photography & Design grad—combines his love of art and his passion for helping others through documentary photographic work.
With a background in the aviation and logistics industries, Jens is passionate about everything transportation-related. He enjoys an international working environment, and loves to cook and entertain. Through L'ArcoBaleno, he hopes to find the perfect designer piece for his kitchen.
Agnes loves learning about new places, cultures, and people. Thankfully, her globetrotting experiences in the travel and tourism industry facilitated just that. Today, she continues to interact daily with individuals from around the world—from the comfort of her lovely Berlin office.
Growing up in an artsy family, Falk caught the creative bug early in life. He earned his Masters in Business from ESADE in 2012. Today, he supports our CEO, applying his highly analytical and astute business mind to a decidedly creative arena. A new and proud resident of Berlin, Falk also loves backpacking and music.
Before coming to L’ArcoBaleno, Rahel worked for 15+ years at a big, fancy German television company. She is bubbly and lovely, and handles all our administration related issues. She keeps the office—and us—in check. Rahel’s partner in crime and constant shadow is Millie, L’AB’s adorable office pup.
